How credits work
- When are credits charged?
- A credit is reserved when rendering begins. A successful capture costs one credit; a failed render returns the reservation.
- Do all options cost the same?
- Yes. A PDF, a 3× Retina full-page image and a simple viewport shot each use one credit.
- Do links cost credits?
- Creating a signed link is free. Opening it starts a capture; a successful result uses one credit. Each link allows one attempt.
- What if a page looks wrong?
- A rendered page can contain a consent screen or other visual issue. A successful image response can still use a credit. Try the relevant cleanup settings first.
- Can I buy credits now?
- Available packs appear above when checkout is enabled. Until then, the service is a private beta with trial credits.
